For wrapping paper, we accept returns only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The roll has been opened
• The paper has been partially used
• The customer chose the wrong size, quantity, or pattern
• There is a simple “change of mind” after opening and/or using the product

📸 Damaged or Defective Wrapping Paper

If your wrapping paper arrives damaged, creased, torn, or with printing defects, please contact us within 14 days:
