 At Home of Saudade, every item is made with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@homeofsaudade.com within 14 days of receiving it.
 Include clear photos of the issue so that our team can review and provide a suitable solution — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Please note: damaged or faulty items reported after 14 days cannot be refunded or replaced.

Made On Demand — Conscious Production

All our products are made on demand, meaning each piece is produced individually for you.
 We don’t keep stock — this allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and make more responsible choices for the planet.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size errors or change of mind.
 However, we understand that mistakes happen — and for special situations (such as size or fit issues), we have a special protocol.
 Just reach out to us via email, chat, or social media, and our team will gladly help you find a fair solution.

Return Eligibility

  • Print-on-demand items are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.

Refunds & Processing Time

The refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll begin processing it as soon as your return is registered — so you get your new item as quickly as possible.


A Note on Colors & Materials

We do our best to present color-accurate photos of our products.
 However, please note that screen calibrations vary between devices, so slight color differences may occur.
 If color accuracy is a key factor, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (desktop, mobile, etc.) before purchasing.
