I ordered the super mae and super pai sweaters before and they were so cool. I just had to get a t shirt for my dad in blue because he is a huge Porto (soccer club in Portugal) fan, for father’s day. I love their products. Their wrapping paper is also very nice!

The simplistic imprint catched my eye. Hence I bought the hoodie. Unfortunately, the quality of the received hoodie was not living up to the expectation/price range. Every piece is printed after you order it, so your order goes through two stages: Production (2–5 business days) and delivery. Total time, production included: • Europe — 5 to 12 business days • United States & Canada — 5 to 12 business days • Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, UAE — 9 to 20 business days During sales and the run-up to Christmas, allow a few extra days.
❓ Will I pay customs or import fees?
Not if you're in the EU, the USA, Canada, the UK or Australia. Your order is printed in your own region and never crosses a customsborder. The price at checkout is the final price.For other destinations, local import charges may apply.

❓ How do I choose the right size?
Our size chats gives the measurements of the garment, not of yourbody. Lay flat a piece you already wear and love, and compare. If you're between sizes, go up. Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size, but email us because we already have a solution. We'd much rather answer than disappoint you. ❓ How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your orderships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update, that's normal. If you have no tracking email 7 business days after ordering, or tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, write to us and we'll chase it.
❓ What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@homeofsaudade.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. In almost every case we send a new one at no cost to you. You don't need to return anything.
