➡️ Exchanges and Returns Due to Size Error / Preference
Due to the on-demand system, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to size error or personal preference. However, we have a special protocol for these situations: if something goes wrong (e.g., the size doesn't fit), or if you need help adjusting an order, contact us by email, chat, or social media, and we will give you the best possible solution.
📌 Return Conditions
Print-on-demand products are only accepted for return if they are defective.
Gift cards are non-refundable; they can be exchanged or credited in the store.
💸 Refunds
If the return due to a defect is approved, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 3 days to appear in your account, depending on the bank/operator.
