📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@homefosaudade.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Provide photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.
🔄 Return & Exchange Period
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Personalized or print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless defective.
- The return package must be sent within this period. Returns outside of this timeframe cannot be processed.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
📌 Return Conditions
- Sale items & gift cards are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or redeemed for store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: Both items must be returned together for a refund. Exchanges are possible for size/color variations.
🚚 Return Shipping & Processing
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Returns must be sent via post office following our instructions.
- If a returned product is damaged or unfit for resale, we cannot process a refund.
⏳ Processing Time & Refunds
- Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be issued based on your original payment method and may take up to 3 days to appear in your account.
- If you requested an exchange, we will process it immediately after your return is registered.
